Parts Advisor - Job Description:

As a Parts Advisor, you will assist customers and wholesale shops in purchasing needed parts and supplies.

Parts Advisor - Job Responsibilities:

• Foster new sales opportunities with new and existing customer
• Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales goals
• Prepare and present effective sales proposals/presentation and maintain ongoing communications with prospective and existing customers
• Track all incoming and outgoing parts for the dealership
• Utilize the phone and internet to maximize sales
• Provide delivery service of orders using parts truck
• Control files, reference books, and other paperwork at the parts counter
• Maintain customer back order file
• Maintain master parts and price book
  
  

Parts Advisor - Requirements:

• Parts counter/dealership/sales experience a plus
• We're looking for a people-person with a friendly personality
• Must have computer proficiency
• Team oriented, flexible, and focused on maintaining a high level of customer service
• Valid driver's license and good driving record

Critz Automotive Group is hiring now for MERCEDES-BENZ SALES ASSOCIATES. Our record sales volume means we need to add to our existing sales team. The ideal candidate will have great customer service skills, energy and professionalism, with a strong work ethic and desire to succeed. Our culture is fun and fast-paced, and can be a rewarding career.

Prior automotive sales experience is not required. However, sales experience in some field is a big plus. We provide professional, ongoing training. With our management team on your side, you will succeed! Guaranteed training pay for your first 4 months is guaranteed up to $8,000! We pay commission with a draw. Multiply your income with bonuses for volume, high customer CSI, and brand-specific incentives.

Sales Associate - Job Responsibilities:

• Greet customers on sales floor and present the buying process supported by established selling steps, selling policies, and procedures.
• Detail features of vehicles and demonstrate operation via test drive.
• Maintain an owner follow-up system that encourages repeat and referral business.
• Develop prospecting system, make follow up calls, and set appointments.
• Train on products and processes.
• Work closely with the Service Department, Internet Department, and Business Development Center to assist customers and maintain high customer service.
