BDC/Internet Sales Representatives are needed immediately! This is the opportunity you've been waiting for! Capital Nissan of Wilmington is looking for professional individuals to join us in supporting our dealership staff and customers while assisting us in building and representing our brand. Bilingual is a Plus! Previous 'Business Development Center' BDC, customer service, collections, telemarketing or internet sales experience is helpful, however formal training is provided.

Responsibilities - BDC / Internet Sales Representative:

  • Achieving daily-weekly and monthly goals and objectives.
  • Contacting and communicating with customers to identify needs.
  • Making 75-100 outbound calls per day.
  • Initiating and Responding to customers with 40-60 emails per day.
  • Reach store goals and produce quality appointments.
  • Working in a computer-based management tool.
  • Setting a volume of appointments daily.
  • Following up with customer vehicle inquiries efficiently to maximize opportunities.
  • Effective working as part of a team.

Qualifications/Requirements - BDC / Internet Sales Representative:

  • Current, valid driver’s license
  • Prior sales, call center, or BDC experience preferred
  • Superior communication and customer service skills
  • Excellent follow-through skills
  • Bi-lingual is always a plus!
  • Strong computer and phone skills (CRM, Reports, Internet, MS Outlook, etc.)
  • Self-motivated, goal oriented, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Must be able to maintain a positive, can-do attitude!

Responsibilities - Service Technician:

  • Inspect vehicle and diagnose malfunction(s)
  • Conduct thorough vehicle inspections
  • Estimate the parts and time needed for repair/maintenance work
  • Perform quality repair, reconditioning and maintenance work that meets dealership and manufacturer standards
  • Document repair records
  • Test vehicles both before and after repair
  • Follow all company safety policies and procedures
  • Keep shop neat and account for dealership owned tools
  • Other duties may be assigned according to skill and certifications

Qualifications/Requirements - Service Technician:

  • Experience as a vehicle reconditioning technician required, but we are willing to train in any aspects of this job where needed
  • Experience with multiple brands of vehicles is preferred
  • A positive attitude, good work ethic and problem-solving skills
  • Must have own tools
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • Valid driver's license and good driving record

  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship and be a current resident.

Responsibilities - Express Service Technician:

  • Perform multi-point inspection of vehicle including fluids, battery, brakes, belts, tires, etc.
  • Perform light line maintenance
  • Change or top off all fluids, grease bearings, check/change oil filter
  • Change, mount and balance tires
  • Check tire pressure and add air if needed
  • Maintain the dealership records and provide recommendations to customers regarding their vehicles
  • Learn new technical information and techniques in formal training sessions to keep up with rapidly changing technology
  • Responsible for keeping the shop area neat and clean

Qualifications/Requirements - Express Service Technician:

  • Auto repair experience preferred
  • Dealership service department experience preferred
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • Team oriented, flexible, and focused on maintaining a high level of customer service
  • Working knowledge of shop equipment
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
  • Good work ethic
