Responsibilities - Porter / Lot Attendant:

  • Move, put gas in and clean cars for the lot and deliveries
  • Keep vehicle parking lots neat and orderly
  • Maintain cleanliness of dealership lots by removing debris

Qualifications - Porter / Lot Attendant:

  • Energetic, friendly and courteous with excellent customer service skills
  • A positive attitude, good work ethic and well-groomed appearance
  • Ability to work outdoors and be physically active in a fast-paced environment
  • A valid driver’s license with a good driving record
  • Able to drive both automatic and manual transmission

We are currently seeking an experienced, full-time Title Clerk, preferably with at least 2 years of previous automotive experience, to join our dealership and start immediately. Assist us in building and representing our brand! We value our employees and invest in their success.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare tax and title documents
  • Verify the costs and transactions for each vehicle sale
  • Assist in creating and processing leasing and loan paperwork
  • Proper titling of new, used and wholesale sales for the dealership and customers.
  • Ensure titles are processed timeously
  • Prepare purchase and trade-in documentation
  • Ensure the company’s tag and title work meets state and lender requirements
  • Prepare and submit all legal transfer documents to the state department of motor vehicles (DMV).
  • Contact banks to obtain lien releases
  • Provide additional administrative support as needed

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of Title Clerk experience in an auto dealership or title agency is preferred
  • Knowledge of out-of-state titles is a plus!
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent follow-through skills
  • Organizational and phone skills are required
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. and be a current resident
