Responsibilities -Sales Consultant:

  • Help customers select and purchase a vehicle
  • Greet customers and identify the vehicle that meets their needs
  • Explain/demonstrate features on dynamic test drives
  • Lead customers through proven selling steps that close deals
  • Present pricing and explain financing options
  • Follow up with existing customers to encourage repeat and referral business
  • Prospect to generate a stream of new customers
  • Ensure every customer has a premium buying experience


Qualifications - Sales Consultant:

  • Automotive sales experience preferred but not required
  • Sales experience in any industry is welcome
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Self-motivated to succeed and thrives in a fast-paced environment
  • A positive attitude, good work ethic, and professional appearance 
  • Valid driver's license and good driving record
  • Pass pre-employment background check, MVR, and drug screen.

  • Be enthusiastic and create excitement about our products
  • Establish personal income goals consistent with dealership standards of productivity, and devise a strategy to meet those goals.

Qualifications - Appointment Setter, BDC Rep.:

  • Automotive BDC, Sales experience is preferred
  • Customer service and/or telephone/call center experience is a plus
  • Good computer, communication, and customer service skills
  • A positive, upbeat attitude and motivated to excel in your career
  • Energetic and thrives in a fast-paced team environment
  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Keep shop area neat and clean and account for tools

Qualifications - Lube Technician:

  • Auto oil change, maintenance, Lube Tech Experience is Required

  • Good communication and customer service skills
  • Energetic with a positive attitude
  • Valid driver's license and good driving record
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • When hired, you MUST pass SAME DAY Drug Screen
