Responsibilities - Floor Manager:

  • Assist Sales Consultants with their customers to help get them into the right vehicle
  • Coach the Sales Consultants
  • Work with the desk manager to keep the deal going in the right direction
  • Closing the deals and doing follow up with the Consultants
  • Other duties as required

Qualifications and Requirements - Floor Manager:

  • Demonstrated leadership abilities, preferably in the automotive industry
  • Excellent business skills
  • Successful background in Sales management
  • Solid supervisory experience
  • Superior people skills
  • Experience with Reynolds and Reynolds operating system
  • Applicants must pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, MVR, and drug screen.

Responsibilities – Sales Consultant:

  • Greet customers in a friendly manner and listen to their requirements in order to match their vehicle needs with one in current pre-owned inventory.
  • Accompany customer on test drives and demonstrate vehicle features and technology.
  • Continuously develop product and sales knowledge to become the vehicle authority.
  • Know the ins and outs of the inventory, optional packages, and the latest technologies.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure successful referral business.
  • Learn to overcome objections and thrive within sales situations.
  • Report directly to the Sales Manager regarding objectives and creative ideas.
  • Bring your “A” game along with a positive attitude to work with you every day.


Qualifications – Sales Consultant:

  • Previous auto sales experience is NOT REQUIRED for this position. Those with experience in customer service, account executive, financial services, mortgage, Military, recent college students and restaurant industries have proven to be very successful when switching careers to Auto Sales.
  • Qualified applicants should be 18 years or older have a professional appearance
  • Great communication skills
  • Integrity, a positive attitude and a strong work ethic required
  • Willing to learn and be receptive to new ideas
  • Be a team-player
  • High school degree (or equivalent)
  • Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
