Responsibilities - Porter / Lot Manager:

  • Assist with Service Department vehicles, pulling vehicles into shop and into wash bays for cleaning
  • Deliver/move sold vehicles to maximize use of space and keep the lot in order; clean all service vehicles
  • Keep lot clean and cleared of debris; keep shop clean and orderly
  • Make sure vehicle leaves cleaner than on arrival
  • Assist with shop cleaning, trash removal, cleaning floors
  • Any other duties as assigned by Service and Sales Managers

Requirements - Porter / Lot Manager:

  • Must be energetic, self-motivated and extroverted
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
  • Ability to operate manual transmission vehicles
  • Must be able to pass drug screen
  • The position requires the ability to bend, kneel, walk or stand for long periods of time in all types of weather.

Service Technician / Mechanic
Description: The Automotive Service Tech will examine vehicles to determine the nature and cause of services and repairs needed, perform those repairs and maintenance services, and perform preventative and routine maintenance tasks. The Service Tech will repair/service all vehicle systems such as brakes, A/C, tires, transmission, engine, oil changes, fluid flushes, warranty work and recalls.

Job Description - Service Technician:

The Automotive Service Tech will examine vehicles to determine the nature and cause of services and repairs needed, perform those repairs and maintenance services, and perform preventative and routine maintenance tasks. The Service Tech will repair/service all vehicle systems such as brakes, A/C, tires, transmission, engine, oil changes, fluid flushes, warranty work and recalls.

Responsibilities - Service Technician:

  • Perform work as outlined on repair order with efficiency and accuracy
  • Diagnose cause of vehicle malfunction and perform repair
  • Communicate with parts department to obtain needed parts
  • Examine the vehicle to determine if additional safety or service work is required.
  • Notify service advisor immediately if additional work outlined is not needed or required
  • Notify service advisor immediately if repairs cannot be completed within the time promised
  • Document work performed
  • Road-test vehicles when required or refer to the test technician

Qualifications - Service Technician:

  • At least 1 year of experience is required
  • Hyundai experience is a PLUS!
  • Valid driver's license and a good driving record

  • Remain involved with delivery of vehicle to customer upon completion to assure all customer concerns are addressed
  • Provide concierge support for all owner inquiries, whether by phone or in person, to assure the customer has a positive service experience
  • Build strong relationships with the customers
  • Know the product well enough to answer characteristic and operational questions regarding the customer's vehicle

Qualifications and Requirements - Service Advisor:

  • 2 years' experience required
  • Product knowledge and tire/quick service experience is a plus
  • The successful applicant must be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Must possess excellent customer service and selling skills and strong customer-satisfaction scores
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Must have computer proficiency
  • Resume must be uploaded
  • Valid Driver's license and clean driving record
  • Applicants must pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, MVR, and drug screen.
