Vehicle Exchange Coordinator (
BDC) - Job Description:

The Vehicle Exchange Coordinator will be evaluated based on performance relating to scheduling service appointments. The secondary part of this position is follow-up calls for service customers to collect feedback on the customer’s experience. They will be working for the service departments, but under CXC / BDC supervision.

Vehicle Exchange Coordinator (BDC- Job Requirements/Responsibilities:

  • Scheduling service appointments for using proven word tracks and dealership processes.
  • Increasing daily repair order count in each store.
  • Facilitate the “ease of appointment” for customer satisfaction. Ensure customer satisfaction and follow up of service customers. Primary function is CSI for all departments.
  • Outbound Service marketing and prospecting.
  • Ability to manage daily objectives and customer experience.
  • Contact in requested manner to confirm all service appointments.
  • Communicate how to best serve the customer to the Service writers and Manager if necessary
  • Take personal ownership in sold and service customers. Become point of contact and concierge for all owned customer needs.
  • Exceptional communication skills.
  • Contacting customers after service is performed for satisfaction follow-up, and follow-up prospecting to customers included in an Audi OEM after sales marketing campaign

Vehicle Exchange Coordinator (BDC) - Flat Bonuses:

The following assumes a full-time Vehicle Exchange Coordinator working 40 hours per week. Job responsibilities include contacting customers after service is performed for satisfaction follow-up, and follow-up prospecting to customers after sales marketing campaigns. Monthly bonuses are paid the following month.

PAY PLAN: Hourly wage + flat bonuses for various performance-based monthly accomplishments:

  • $200.00 bonus for 85% show rate on service appointments
  • $200.00 bonus for 97.0% + CSI score for the month on all returned Audi OEM customer surveys
  • $20.00 bonus for every service customer who purchases a new or pre-owned car or service contract.
  • $100.00 bonus for 95% completion rate in CRM
