Responsibilities - BDC Representative:

  • Handle all leads that come into our dealership; check email frequently and respond to inquiries immediately
  • Set up appointments
  • Maintain quality relationships with our current customer base.
  • Communicate effectively with Internet Customers according to their preferred method of communication, whether by phone, by email, or in person
  • Have thorough knowledge of dealership services
  • Deliver messages intended for other departments promptly
  • Notify customers that their messages have been forwarded to the appropriate personnel for prompt attention
  • Maintain an ongoing customer database to capture repeat business
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements - BDC Representative:

  • Must have excellent phone/communication skills
  • Customer Service Experience required
  • Call Center experience a huge plus
  • Computer Skills a plus!
  • Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information
  • Pleasant, energetic, conscientious, dependable, self-starter with ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • High school diploma or the equivalent
  • Professional personal appearance

Automotive Service Technician / Mechanic

Competitive Flat Rate of Pay!
At least 1 year of Automotive Experience Required

There is a full-time Service Technician/Mechanic’s position available with our growing service department. This position will offer the opportunity to complete training and become a Certified Subaru Technician. The successful applicant will be dependable, work well in a team environment and possess the drive to have a successful career in the automotive industry. We will consider offering an entry level position to the right candidate.

Responsibilities - Service Technician:

  • Perform quality repair and maintenance work that meets dealership and manufacturer standards
  • Clearly write and communicate needed repairs/maintenance and the parts and time needed to repair
  • Repair broken or worn mechanical and technology components
  • Maintain repair and service records
  • Install equipment, components, and systems
  • Test vehicles both before and after repair
  • Repair electrical wiring, circuits and fixtures
  • Other duties may be assigned according to expertise and certifications

Qualifications/Requirements - Service Technician:

  • Minimum of one year of automotive experience with diagnosis and repair of all automotive systems, performing maintenance and working on a flat rate system.
  • Must have your own tools.
  • ASE certification a Plus!
  • Ability to be analytical and multi-task
  • Good work ethic
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
  • Resume must be uploaded, and online assessment completed for immediate consideration.
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship and be a current resident.
  • Must pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, MVR, and drug screen.
