Subaru Concord is seeking an experienced Parts Counter Person to add to our team. If you have parts counter, management, or ADP/CDK experience, we'd like to hear from you.

Responsibilities - Parts Counter Person:

  • Sell parts to meet monthly forecasts.
  • Issue parts and accessories to mechanics from the parts counter.
  • Inspect and receive the daily parts orders from the manufacturer or part sources
  • Utilize the phone and internet to source the best prices for parts.
  • Provide delivery service of orders using parts truck.
  • Display seasonal parts and accessories in an attractive manner.
  • Maintain orderly files, reference books, and other paperwork.
  • Maintain master parts and price book.
  • Maintain clean, orderly stock room and workspace.

Qualifications/Requirements - Parts Counter Person:

  • Experience required
  • ADP/CDK experience preferred
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong work ethic and organizational skills
  • Must be a friendly 'people person with a positive attitude
  • Professional appearance
  • Valid driver's license and a good driving record

Automotive Service Technician / Mechanic

Competitive Flat Rate of Pay!
At least 1 year of Automotive Experience Required

There is a full-time Service Technician/Mechanic’s position available with our growing service department. This position will offer the opportunity to complete training and become a Certified Subaru Technician. The successful applicant will be dependable, work well in a team environment and possess the drive to have a successful career in the automotive industry. We will consider offering an entry-level position to the right candidate.

Responsibilities - Service Technician:

  • Perform quality repair and maintenance work that meets dealership and manufacturer standards
  • Clearly write and communicate needed repairs/maintenance and the parts and time needed to repair
  • Repair broken or worn mechanical and technology components
  • Maintain repair and service records
  • Install equipment, components, and systems
  • Test vehicles both before and after repair
  • Repair electrical wiring, circuits, and fixtures
  • Other duties may be assigned according to expertise and certifications

Qualifications/Requirements - Service Technician:

  • Minimum of one year of automotive experience with diagnosis and repair of all automotive systems, performing maintenance, and working on a flat rate system.
  • Must have your own tools.
  • ASE certification is a Plus!
  • Ability to be analytical and multi-task
  • Good work ethic
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
  • Resume must be uploaded, and online assessment completed for immediate consideration.
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship and be a current resident.
  • Must pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, MVR, and drug screen.
